Madeline was raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she grew to love stories and art from a young age. (She once tried, as a toddler, to eat the colors in her watercolor set because they looked so delicious. She stands by that idea today.)
A recent graduate of Emerson College with her BFA in Theatre and Performance, she currently lives in New York City. Madeline’s particular passions include stories that make you gasp aloud, reimagining the classics, ensemble-based theatre, making people laugh, accessibility in the arts, teaching young people, and scribbling endlessly in her journal.
