Emily Dayton Evans

Emily is passionate about telling women’s stories, LGBTQ+ representation, and anything having to do with therapy. Emily performs improvisational comedy, as well as stand up and sketch.

You may have seen her opposite Ellie Kemper in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Netflix), or in the dramatic miniseries The Loudest Voice (Showtime). Or maybe you’ve seen her performing at HBO’s Women in Comedy Festival, Upright Citizens Brigade, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, Carolines, or some other dimly lit spot! Emily cohosts a variety comedy show called Sophomore Comedy with fellow comedian Gara Lonning (I'm Having Gay Sex Podcast). Sophomore Comedy was created as a show for LGBTQ+, non-binary, and female voices.
