Sofi Lambert

Sofi Lambert is an award-winning actress originally from Quebec City, Canada, now based in NYC. Sofi’s most recent theatre work includes: Nannerl Mozart in Sylvia Milo’s solo play, The Other Mozart (Off-Broadway at the Players Theatre in NYC; Hammer Theatre in San Jose, CA; The Alberta Bair Theater in Billings MT; Ware Center in Lancaster, PA; in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Saul Ste-Marie in Ontario Canada), Porcupine (Actors Fund Arts Center, directed by Sarah Bernhardt Prize recipient Leta Tremblay). Sofi is the winner of the Best Solo Performance at the New York International Fringe Festival for The List, (written by Jennifer Tremblay directed by Katie Mchugh) the play was Time Out New York’s Critic’s Pick. She studied Meisner Technique with Jacqueline McClintock (Neighborhood Playhouse, NYC), Jack Waltzer (Actor’s Studio in London and New York), Danielle Fichaud in Montreal and with Austin Pendleton. Her television work includes: Destinée, Le Bye Bye de RBO (directed by Stephane Lapointe) and the popular series Tout sur Moi. Sofi’s feature film debut, Le Polygraphe, (with Maria de Medeirs) was directed by the world-renowned director and writer Robert Lepage.
