Lauren F. Walker is the true definition of a Go Getter! At the age of 14 Lauren stared working for herself, selling cupcakes to the students and staff at her high school, Duke Ellington School of the Arts, located in her hometown, Washington, DC. After graduating, Lauren packed up and headed to SUNY Purchase College to further her knowledge of acting in the BFA Acting Conservatory. To put herself through school, Lauren worked two jobs in addition to being a full time conservatory student. She graduated on the Dean's List, with honors and headed straight for New York City to begin her acting career. So far she has worked with MCC Theatre, The Public Theatre, HBO and more. Besides acting, Lauren enjoys jumping double dutch, cooking sinfully delicious foods and uplifting youth in her community through arts programming. She shines inside, out and through.
