Salome Mergia is a first generation Ethiopian-American who spent a majority of her childhood between Addis Abeba and Cherry Hill, NJ; where she got glimpse of the performing arts world participating in choir and the school plays. She then followed the yellow brick road to Kansas where she spent her high school years until returning to the east coast to study business at the University of Pittsburgh, PA. In pursuit of further training Salome got her MFA in acting at USC where she basked in the gorgeous Southern California sun everyday. She's recently moved back to the hustle of NYC and loving every minute of it. Her other loves include travel, playing tennis, and eating dark chocolate. She also secretly wants to be an interior designer.
