Lisa Naso

I’m an actor, singer and writer based in New York City. I’m a graduate Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA where I earned a BFA in Acting and minor in Musical Theatre. I’ve performed regionally in Fun Home (Smithtown Performing Arts) The Wolves (Zoetic Stage - Carbonell Award Best Ensemble) and originated the role of Becky O’Shea in Incident At Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Chenango River Theater, Wilton Playshop). I’ve worked on independent short films A French Girl’s Guide to Murder, The Confession (2019 NFFTY nominee) and on the web series Updating.

I’m most interested in performing in new works and telling stories that give voice to communities underrepresented in the arts. I’m a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association and the Ring Of Keys network, an organization that connects and promotes the hiring of queer and trans/gender non-conforming theatre professionals. You can call me they/them, she/her or even just lil guy. When I’m not performing I enjoy reading, writing, and lifting 5 lb weights.
