Rosie McDonald is a bi-coastal actor / director / writer based in New York and Los Angeles.
She is passionate about telling stories that empower others to live deeper and uncover the mystery of being alive. Originally hailing from a small mountain town in Southern California, Rosie grew up surrounded by the biz as both her Father, Chris McDonald (Happy Gilmore, Hacks, Thelma & Louise) and Mother are actors. (They met doing a play, swoon!) They were unable to keep her off the stage and she has been passionate about telling stories truly since she was 6 years old. Then, in her living room as she bribed her siblings to sit through another one-woman version of “Annie Get Your Gun” and now, professionally on stage and screen.
Rosie is hungry for collaboration and being of service to the communities she is a part of. She loves biking around the city, caffeinating herself in cute coffee shops, and complimenting dogs.
