Originally from the mid sized hub of Bloomington, Illinois, John Shepard moved to New York in 2013 after receiving his bachelors from the University of Iowa for Cinema. He has studied and performed improv, sketch and character comedy at UCB, The Annoyance and in bars, basements, and backrooms throughout the city. He's an intermediate guitar player, Spanish speaker, skateboarder, swing dancer and Orange Belt Muy Thai boxer. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his five year old cat Kia, but she can easily play 3-8.
