Ngoc Le is a Vietnamese-Chinese American actress, and multi-hyphenate born in Vietnam and raised in the Bay Area. She’s a proud Libra, horse in the Chinese zodiac and a Lupus warrior.
After receiving her B.A. at UC Davis in Media Studies & Theater, and completing film courses Yonsei in Korea, she studied Producing at UCLA. Ngoc proudly has worked on projects that champion underrepresented communities and tackle important themes. Her film Blind Devotion not only went viral (over 40 million views) but all the proceeds went to help with building schools in Africa. Her proof of concept short film, First Gen, got picked up by Steven Yeun, developed into a series with Amazon Studios and later a feature. In 2025, a short film she helped produce and cast, Daly City, became Oscar-qualified and screened at over 30 film festivals.
Ngoc is constantly developing her craft as a storyteller, both in front of and behind the camera. Over the past year, she has taken writing and directing courses from various TV/film writers and directors, with the hope of one day directing her own film and starring in her own comedy series.
