If the ongoing coronavirus crisis has had a negative impact on your financial situation, we invite you to apply for the ALUMNI FUND.
Selected recipients will receive item(s) of self-tape equipment to elevate their auditions and to aid them in their acting journey.
The current deadline for applications is Friday, November 20th, 2020.
We hold dearly in our hearts the memory of alumni who have passed—among them are Sidiki Fofana, Holly Fouts, Dana Dawson, and Eileen Woods.
This fund seeks to continue honoring their spirits and values by elevating and supporting actors in their journey.
Recipients will be awarded item(s) of self-taping equipment from our list of selected options. There will be opportunity for further discussion about unique needs regarding equipment if necessary.
Most actors have been doing self-tapes for ages already. Now, self-tapes are the new norm. This fund seeks to support the ongoing rise of self-tapes by helping actors improve certain technical aspects of their set-up: light, sound, backdrop, tripod, etc.

A selection committee of three alumni has been formed (Heidi is not part of the committee), and this is an all-alumni-run fund. The committee will choose five recipients to be awarded item(s) of self-tape equipment.
No audition is required to apply—recipients will be chosen on the basis of their answers to the questions on the application.
The deadline for applications is Friday, November 20th, 2020. Recipients will be notified by December 11th, 2020 via the email address provided on their application. If communication is not successful via email, we will then attempt to notify recipients at the phone number listed on their application.

REQUIRED: We ask that all applicants set up a profile on our Alumni Casting Database. Please contact the studio at community@heidimarshall.com if you need to create a new profile.
Fill out the application below. *The selection committee encourages creativity. Your responses can take any form of written self-expression: poem, song lyrics, monologue text, or short written answers.* Responses have a 1500-character limit. Once complete, press SUBMIT. You’re done! No further action is required.
